Par-3 Landscaping Owner Biographies

Paul Jaramillo was part owner of Las Vegas Fertilizer Co.,.. for over 20 years. This company specialized in providing landscape materials to both the construction industry and to the golf course industry as well as being a landscape contractor. Paul’s specialty was in the fertilizer and chemical aspect of the products that the company provided, troubleshooting for the clients in keeping their properties healthy and disease free.

Mark Rockwell started in the landscape maintenance business during high school when he worked for the Ribiero Corporation. Some of Mark’s better-known properties that he designed, installed, and maintained were the Park 2000 locations, the Quail Park locations, the Luxor Hotel, and the Excalibur Hotel. He learned the industry from the ground up and has taken those 20 years of experience to the next level with Par-3. Mark’s eye for design and his talent to make the projects happen in a timely, orderly fashion are his greatest attributes.

Shawn Buckley has overseen many projects since starting Par-3 Landscape and has particularly stayed involved with the hotel and homeowner association properties that we are involved with. He reviews the properties on a regular basis to insure that we are providing the services provided for in our contracts. He meets with owners and property representatives, providing that “one-on-one” service that provides our clients with the level of communication we like to maintain.
